1. What is the COACHESCLUBHOUSE?
COACHESCLUBHOUSE is a sports coach educational platform specialising in soccer/football (sports) coaching, offering a range of online coach education courses, products and services that are designed to improve every learner (coach, technical director, teacher, student, etc) no matter what their background is.
2. Who should use the COACHESCLUBHOUSE?
Anyone interested in learning more about coaching, coach development, athlete learning, leadership and much much more! Our focus is on bridging the gap between empirical evidence and research, with world-leading best practice (WITHOUT THE JARGON!) that our learners can understand and apply to their environments.
3. I want a Mentor, can COACHESCLUBHOUSE help?
Yes, you can access and benefit from our team of highly experienced coach developers and mentors.
Our Founder Gérard Jones is an Elite Coach Educator, UEFA 'A' Licensed Coach and alongside being a Coach Developer for The FA delivering on their UEFA Courses, he is also a US Soccer Coach Educator (teaching on B Licence, C Licence, D Licence & Grassroots courses) and has presented and mentored coaches on the CAF Pro and A Licence Courses and AFC Pro Licence. Gérard currently worked in professional football in the MLS for Sporting KC as a Club Director of Coaching, having previously held roles as a Head of Coaching, U21 Assistant and Academy Coach for various clubs in England and around the world.
We also have access to Yas Latiff who is a UEFA A Licensed Coach and FA Coach Mentor and UEFA C Licence Coach Developer with years of experience developing coaches around the world as well as a team of Developers across different sports.

5. I downloaded the app and have created a profile/account, how do I start learning?
Didn’t create an account yet? Don’t worry! simply click on the App, go to "SIGN UP" and you have the options to create your account via apple or google, or you can manually input the 'email' you use and want to be associated with your account, and create your password. Once you've inputted this information, click "SIGN UP" and you will automatically login to your new education platform and can start learning!
If you have already created an account and signed up, great! Once you downloaded our free App, if you were prompted to sign-up, pay and download at the same time then all you need to do is go to the App on your device, click on the "LOG IN" button, type in the email that you used to sign-up or that is associated with the payment, type your password and you're all set!
Don't remember your password? Don't worry, you have the option to reset by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link above the LOG IN button.
6. How do I access online courses?
You simply find a course/product you want to access and click on it.
7. It won't let me LOG IN and start learning, what do I do?
Try to remember what email you used when you signed up.
Did you sign-up and create an account? If not yet, please see above instructions.
If you signed up but can't remember what email address you used, or check your regular email accounts which you regularly use, whether it be through your gmail, icloud or other and you should be able to find 'Proof of Purchase' and go from there. Don't remember your password? Don't worry, you have the option to reset by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link above the LOG IN button.

8. Do I receive a Certificate?
All learners are eligible for our Digital Certification of Learning. To receive your Digital Certificate of Learning for each course you have purchased or accessed through our platform, you must complete your post-course online self-reflection and feedback form which you can access via your personalised learning page for each course on our App. Upon completing the self-reflection and feedback form, you will automatically receive your digital certificate as proof of learning within 24-48 hours via the email address you provided. This can be used for your own records of the level of CPD you've completed and/or as proof for future or existing employers.

10. How long are each online course typically?
It depends on the level of online course you have purchased as we offer a range of courses, across a range of topics. Typically, most online courses vary from 30-40 minutes per course, but this also depends on you. Our courses include video which allows you to watch in your own time, come back and revisit as many times as you want so you could learn within 10-15mins or over a number of hours or days, depending on how you use and interact with our platform, which includes the video presentation and content. Some courses have additional recommended reading through various suggested research articles or other resources which you can use to further your knowledge and understanding around that particular topic. Put simply, the duration doesn't include your time for making notes, completing reflections and thinking about how you can adapt and implement some of the ideas. We suggest that for every average 30-40 minute course, you spend 2-3x as much time reflecting and planning for what this learning means to you and your environment.
If you have purchased one of our 'Advanced' or 'Masterclass' online courses, these consist of several hours over a period of 3 months and are completely individualised, and will vary from learner to learner based on each person's individual needs and wants.
11. Am I eligible for one of the Advanced, Specialist or Masterclass course programs?
YES! We have no barriers to learning, if you have an interest in learning more about a topic or subject we are offering through our platform and are committed to staying curious and open to new or different concepts, then you can enrol.
Core to our mission and vision is ensuring that everything we do is easily accessible, affordable and attainable. We want to find innovative ways to share information and spark your curiosity by providing high level detail at affordable prices, that is reality-based and where possible, allows you an opportunity to experiment with different ideas 'experientially' and gain further support that is individually focused.
It's our job to care about learning and find ways to create the best learning opportunities for you to grow further.
12. Do you have discounts for students?
Only on our basic services through the platform! If you are a current student enrolled onto a full or part-time course with a university or college in the UK or abroad, or you are a recent graduate (in the last 6months), then you are eligible for a STUDENT DISCOUNT of 10% on all of our courses. To find out how you can claim your discount, you need to contact us using our "CONTACT US" section on the website and be prepared to provide evidence of your existing enrollment or recent graduation. Upon reviewing your evidence, we will either confirm and apply your discount or ask you for more evidence in order to process your request
There is no student discount for our UL EXCLUSIVE service
13. I recently subscribed through paying for full access but it still only shows me the free content?
Simply log out and log back into your account, by inputting your email and password you used to sign-up. Please make sure this is the same account you used to pay as sometimes it may not recognise you and say you don't have an account if you try logging into the platform with a different email to the one you used to pay.
Once you've made sure you've logged in with the correct email and password, this should automatically refresh your account and you can start enjoying instant access to all Premium Content and more!
